Pondlets is a premium puzzle game (paid app) by Roy Dawson IV. This page mirrors the privacy promises in the game’s Legal screen.

What I collect

• No ads.
• No in-app purchases in the current build.
• Progress and settings stay on your device only.
• Optional platform services (Apple Game Center / Google Play Games) may be used later for leaderboards or cloud save — only if you enable them on your device.
• I do not sell personal data.

This website

The marketing site may use standard hosting analytics (for example Cloudflare) to keep the site reliable. It does not run advertising trackers for Pondlets.

Optional beta reports may include screenshots plus a short set of editable device details (screen size, make/model, OS/firmware, GPU). Those help me debug builds. Reports are emailed to me and arenot stored on Cloudflare object storage. IP addresses are not collected in the report form.
